I'm a fourth year nursing student, getting my BSN and RN. Almost there!
I love to talk too much, embarrass myself, eat, and bake.
Between studying and clinicals, the kitchen is my haven. Baking is my way to de-stress and collect myself!
I have been gluten-free for about 3 years and now consider myself a veteran. I was born, raised, and reside in Minnesota and of course love hockey.
I am always learning new ways to make FABULOUS GF goodies. I hope my recipes will help those recover what is taken with this diagnosis.
